Procurement for the Supply of Surveillance Equipment for Seychelles Marine Spatial Plan (MSP)

The Department of Blue Economy is inviting for bids from both Local and International manufacturers/suppliers for the Procurement for the Supply of Surveillance Equipment for Seychelles Marine Spatial Plan (MSP).

• The offers should be CIF basis to Mahe, Seychelles.
• The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within 2 months from Date of Award of contract. The tender has been divided into five (5) Lots and bidders may participate in one or more lots. A Bidder may be awarded with one or more Lots.

• Lot 1: Software Enhancement
• Lot 2: Hardware
• Lot 3: Specialized Equipment
• Lot 4: RIBs and Engine

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Wednesday 21st to Wednesday 28th February 2024 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Seychelles time). No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/blue-economy-dept-procurement-for-the-supply-of-surveillance-equipment-for-seychelles-marine-spatial-plan-msp WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NO LATER THAN 10:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 12TH MARCH 2024. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT FOR SEYCHELLES MARINE SPATIAL PLAN”. TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE(S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.

Any Bid received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Bidder, electronically.
