Request for Quotation for the Renovations of the NaNA Office Building

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, Central Projects Coordination Unit (CPCU), the implementing Agency of The Gambia Resilience Inclusive, Skills and Equity Project is inviting sealed price quotations from eligible and qualified bidders for the Renovation Works of the NaNA Office Complex.

Bidding will be conducted through shopping procedures specified in the “World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, Procurement in Investing Project Financing, Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services” dated February 2025 and the World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines: “Guidelines on Preventing and Combatting Fraud and Corruption in Projects financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants dated February 2025.

You may obtain further information from the CPCU, Bertil Harding Hwy. Kotu, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday-Thursday) and 8:00 a.m. to 12: 30p.m on Fridays.

The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence of the following requirement(s):

• Proof of three similar contracts performed in the last five years

• Updated Gambia Public Procurement Authority (GPPA) Registration

Price quotation will be evaluated based on the most advantageous and substantially responsive to the RFQ, and contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest most responsive evaluated quotation.

Quotations must be delivered to the address below on 18th March 2026 at 12:30pm. Late quotations will be rejected.

Your quotation(s) should be submitted as per the following instructions and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of supply.

(i) PRICES: The prices shall be quoted in Gambia Dalasi and shall be fixed and not subject to any price adjustment. All quotations shall be inclusive of all taxes for local contractors as per the Gambia Tax laws.

(ii) EVALUATION AND AWARD OF PURCHASE ORDER: The award will be made to the contractor offering the lowest evaluated price and implemented a minimum of three similar contracts within the last 5 years.

(iii) VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: Your quotations(s) should be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt for quotations.

(iv) It is expected that the winning supplier will agree to complete all renovations within three months from contract signature and partial quotations will not be accepted.

(v) Warranty: All structures should be covered for six months for any structural defects
