Terms of Reference (summary):

ITC seeks to contract, for up to 12 months, one or more training institutions, industry associations or private companies, with a presence in El Salvador, to implement tourism related technical, vocational and soft skills training programmes for youth, women and returned migrants. The Ilamatepec project foresees to equip between 1,500 and 3,000 Salvadorean youth, women and returned migrants with market-relevant technical and vocational skills by the end of the project in 2027 using the Skills for Inclusive Employment (SKIE) model.
