Description

The external collaborator will design, develop, and implement a capacity‑building programme to strengthen the skills of workers in shea enterprises, with a focus on deodorization of shea butter, fungi reduction, black butter cleaning, and germ management. The assignment will be carried out under the guidance of the ILO–PE4DW Project and in close coordination with project staff, particularly supporting members of the Ghana Shea Employers Association (GSEA).
