Upgrading Call Center and Grievance Management — Gambia Essential Health Services Strengthening Project

REQUESTS FOR QUOTATIONS Upgrading Call Center and Grievance Management Republic of The Gambia Gambia Essential Health Services Strengthening Project Grant No. DA-D7310 Project ID: P173287 The Ministry of Health has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Gambia Essential Health Services Strengthening Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for non-consulting services. The non-consulting services (“the Services”) is for a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription for Call Center and Grievance/Complaints Management.

The Ministry of Health Projects Coordination Unit now invites eligible firms to submit quotations (time and cost) for providing the Services and to provide information regarding how its product meets the technical requirements and further configuration that will be required. Specification for the user devices required by call operators must be provided. Full costings for 3 years are required.

The Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Requests for Quotations (RFQ) method set out in the Procurement Regulations. Further information and the technical requirements can be obtained at the address below during office hours from Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm. Quotations must be delivered in a written form to the address below by e-mail by Friday 8 April 2022.
