Invitation for Prequalification Country: The Kingdom of Lesotho Name of Project: Lesotho Integrated Transport Trade & Logistics Project LITTL P502125 Contract Title: Upgrading To Bitumen Standard the Thaba-Tseka to Katse Road Project (+/- 55 Km) In the Thaba Tseka District Sector: Transport Loan No./Credit No./Grant No.: Credit A - 75690-LS Prequalification Reference No.: LS-MOPWT-RD-509588-CW-RFB • The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lesotho Integrated Transport Trade & Logistics Project LITTL P502125 and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard the Thaba-Tseka to Katse Road Project (+/- 55 Km) in the Thaba Tseka District. • The Ministry of Public Works and Transport - Roads Directorate intends to prequalify contractors for the Upgrading to Bitumen Standard the Thaba-Tseka to Katse Road Project (+/- 55 Km) in the Thaba Tseka District.

It is expected that the Request for Bids will be made in January 2026. • Prequalification will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Applicants as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from the Roads Directorate at the address below during office hours (09h00 to 16h00 hours).
