Bidders are required to submit one Original and one copy of both Technical and Financial Proposals.The Technical Proposal shall include the wax-sealed one Original& one copy of technical proposal and the Bid Security (CPO), each placed in a separate envelope. These ( original technical,copy technical & CPO) envelopes shall then be enclosed together in one larger envelope clearly marked “Technical Proposal.” The Financial Proposal shall include the wax-sealed one Original financial proposal, one copy of financial proposal & cost break down each placed in a separate envelope.
