Le Ministère des Infrastructures, des Travaux Publics et de l'Aménagement du Territoire de la République Gabonaise lance un appel d'offres ouvert international pour la construction et le bitumage de la route nationale RN7, tronçon Libreville–Franceville, Phase 1 (PK 0+000 à PK 85+000). L'objet du marché comprend notamment : - Les travaux de terrassements généraux et de débroussaillage - La construction de la plateforme routière (sous-couche, couche de base et couche de roulement en enrobé bitumineux) - La construction d'ouvrages d'art (ponts, dalots, buses) pour le franchissement des cours d'eau - L'installation de signalisation horizontale et verticale conforme aux normes CEDEAO - La mise en place d'un système de drainage efficace (fossés, caniveaux, exutoires) - Les travaux de protection des talus et de végétalisation - La réalisation d'une bande de sécurité de 2 x 1 m de part et d'autre de la chaussée Les travaux devront être exécutés conformément aux normes techniques en vigueur, aux prescriptions du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) et aux directives environnementales et sociales de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD), cofinanceur du projet. Le titulaire du marché sera responsable de la fourniture de tous les matériaux, équipements, main-d'œuvre et services nécessaires à la bonne exécution des travaux, ainsi que du contrôle qualité tout au long du chantier.
