Acquisition of Equipment for Digitization of Archival Materials — Moshi Cooperative University

• This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 18/07/2024.

• The MOSHI CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY has received a Loan from the World bank towards the cost of Acquisition of Scanners for Digitization Archival Materials, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Acquisition of scanners for digitization of archival materials.

• The MOSHI CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY now invites tenders from GOVERNMENT_ENTERPRISE, Company Local, Company Foreign, Special Group, Manufacturer Local, Sole Proprietor Local, Partnership Local, Manufacturer Foreign, Partnership Foreign and Sole Proprietor Foreign of Acquisition of scanners for digitization of archival materials.

• Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.

• A complete set of tendering document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST via https://nest.go.tz

• Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process.

• All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the tendering document.

• All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 10:00 AM on 07/03/2025. Tenders will be opened promptly there after through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST.

• Tenders not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
