Acquisition of project vehicle for Volcano Community Resilience Project — Ministry of Environment

Tender Notice (TN) / Invitation for Bids (IFB) Title: Acquisition of project vehicle The Ministry of Environment (MOE) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by The World Bank towards the cost of implementation of the Volcano Community Resilience Project. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. The Ministry of Environment invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Acquisition of project vehicle as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

Tender Document will be obtained through E-procurement system of Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). For submission of Bids, all interested bidders must pay non- refundable fee of eight thousand (8,000 Frw) Rwandan francs to a non-fiscal revenue Account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) opened at any Commercial Bank of your choice. Bids shall be submitted online using the E-procurement system as mentioned above not later than the date and time specified in umucyo e-procurement system.

Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids shall be opened automatically through E-procurement system on the same day at the time specified in umucyo e-procurement system. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline as mentioned above.

All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system not later than fifteen (15) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
