Title of the tender: SUPPLY OF CERAMIC WATER FILTERS FOR ECD CENTERS AND VULNERABLE HOUSEHOLDS IN 13 DISTRICTS Tender Reference number: Refer to e-procurement system • Rwanda Biomedical Centre invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply of ceramic water filters for ECD Centers and Vulnerable households as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. • The tender is comprised of one Lot; • Tender Documents in English may be obtained from e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw ) upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs at any Rwanda Revenue Authority account. • All bids shall be accompanied by the bid Security equivalent to eight million two hundred thirteen thousand nine hundred ninety Rwandan Francs (8,213,990 Frw) issued by any accredited financial institution. • Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed through e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) • The bid submission will be done through e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) and the deadline of bids submission is scheduled on 4th August, 2025 at 11:00 am or 9:00 GMT • The opening of bids will be done through e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) on the same day 4th August, 2025 at 11:30 am or 9:00 GMT. • The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
