50 Million 3 Bidding will be conducted through procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2025 and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi as well as World Bank Regulations • Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the RFQ bidding documents from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address given at paragraph 7(a) below from 08.00AM to 12.00PM; 13.30PM to 16.30PM hours’ local time (Monday to Friday, except national public holidays). • A complete set of RFQ bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below at paragraph 7(a) and upon payment of A non- refundable fee of MK25, 000.00 for each document. The method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheque. Bidders shall be required to include a cash receipt in their bidding document as a proof of purchase of a document. Bidding document that will not have a GRN receipt shall not be evaluated. • Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) on or before 1st December, 2025, 10:00 AM, local time. LATE BIDS SHALL BE REJECTED. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at paragraph 7(d) on 1st December, 2025, soon after 10:00 AM, local time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration Form in our format.
