Procurement of Works
- The Phalombe District Council has funds from the Governance to Enabling Service Delivery (GESD) project under World Bank and intends to use part of the funds for procurement of various works within the district.
- The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee, Phalombe District Council now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of works in the table below as follows:

The method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheque. Bidders shall be required to include a cash receipt in their bidding document as a proof of purchase of a document. Bidding document that will not have a GRN receipt shall not be evaluated.• Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) on or before 1st December, 2025, 10:00 AM, local time. LATE BIDS SHALL BE REJECTED.
