For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.”

• The Ministry of Education and Sports now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for construction of schools indicated in the table below:

The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the cashier on 5th Floor, Embassy House and pay at the designated Bank. On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the address at (9) given below or sent by email as may be preferred by the bidder. • Bids must be delivered to the address below under (9) on or before 11.00am of 20th November, 2026.
