Source of Funding:Seychelles Airports Authority.Project Title:Construction of Concrete Hard Shoulder at the Praslin Domestic Airport.Eligibility:All contractors CLASS I only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.Conditions1) Bidder must not have any ongoing project(s) with any Public Procuring Entity; i. which has/have delayed beyond the respective completion date(s) set out in the respective Contract (s) due to delays attributable to the Contractor or ii. where actual progress of works has fallen behind the expected progress, due to delays attributed to the Contractor. iii.

Have had no previous Contract(s), if any, terminated as a result of poor performance in the last three (3) yearsPlace of Performance:Praslin Domestic Airport.Performance Period:Six (6) Months from Notice to Commence.Access to Tender Dossier:The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section, SeychellesAirports Authority, Sunshine House at Providence Industrial Zone, Mahe and also at the Seychelles Airport Authority Head Office, Praslin Domestic Airport as of Monday 12th October 2026 between 9:00am to 3:00pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each.Closing Date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 16th October at 3:00pm.

NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.Pre-Bid Site Visit:A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Wednesday 21st October 2026 at 10:00am. The meeting place shall be at the Head Office, Praslin Domestic Airport followed by a site visit. Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE HARD SHOULDER AT PRASLIN DOMESTIC AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Care House, Victoria and at the Seychelles Airports Authority Head Office, Praslin Domestic Airport NOT LATER THAN 10:30AM TUESDAY 03RD NOVEMBER 2026.
