• Mwanza District Council has secured funds Malawi Governance to Enable Service Delivery Project for Construction Works as detailed below.

• NOTE: only contractors within the category of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) will be given a priority.

100Million Building

• The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above service

• Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tender bidding procedures contained in the Government of Malawi ‘s Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2025, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries

• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Procurement Unit at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:00-16:00 hours every day except public holidays and weekends

• A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders from the procurement and Disposal unit upon payment of non-refundable fee MK 30,000.00. The payment will be cash and ensure you register your company in register at procurement office upon issuance of General Receipt from Accounts also ensure to attach in the bid.

• Bids must be submitted to the address shown at 7 (b) below at or before 10:00 hours, 27th August 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives at the address shown at
