• Nsanje District Council has budgeted under REGIONAL CLIMATE RECILIANCE PROGRAME (RCRP) for the implementation of various activities in the districts and tends to apply part of the funds in the construction projects listed below Request for Quotations procedures from Eligible.

• The Chairperson, Internal Procurement & Disposal of Assets Committee, Nsanje District

Council, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for construction projects listed below:

• Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotation procedures contained in Public Procurement law and Regulations of the Republic of Malawi and open to all bidders .

• The basic Bid evaluation and contract award will be by individual Lot No .No bidder shall be awarded more than one Lot . Bidders that are bidding for more than one Lot should be prepared to pay for each and every additional Lot .

• Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from Nsanje District Council and inspect the bidding document at the address provided under clause (d) during office hours from 8am to 12:00 , 13:00 to 16:00 hours local time ( Monday to Friday) except on public holidays

• A COMPLETE SET OF BIDDING DOCUMENT IN ENGLISH MAY BE PURCHASED BY INTERESTED BIDDERS AT A NON REFUNDABLE FEE OF MK 20,000( NSANJE CASH OFFICE ) FOLLOWED BY COLLECTION OF THEDOCUMENT FROM THE ADDRESS INDICATED BELOW STARTING FROM 24th JULY 2025 DURING WORK HOURS

• Interested bidder are requested to attend a mandatory site visitation for Lot 1 on 30th july 2025 at 10 am meeting point is at Nsanje district council and those interested in Lot 2 site visitation is on 29th of July 2025 at 9 am meeting point is at Mlambala Trading center .

d. Interested bidders may obtain the bidding Document from Nsanje District Council’s Office at the procurement office and bids shall be deposited in the tender box before 2:00 pm local time on Thursday 7 August 2025 , late bids shall be rejected .
