This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. WB-P890351-12/21 dated 14th December, 2021 and the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 29/08/2025. 2.

The TANZANIA NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY has received CREDIT from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Construction of Mbwemkuru III Bridge (100m) Plus 2-Box Culverts along Kiranjeranje - Namichiga - Ruangwa Road Including 0.8 Km Approach Roads in Lindi Region., and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Construction of Mbwemkuru III Bridge (100m) plus 2- Box culverts along Kiranjeranje - Namichiga - Ruangwa Road including 0.8 km approach roads in Lindi Region.

• The TANZANIA NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Mbwemkuru III Bridge (100m) plus 2- Box culverts along Kiranjeranje - Namichiga - Ruangwa Road including 0.8 km approach roads in Lindi Region for: Construction of Mbwemkuru III Bridge (100m) plus 2- Box culverts along Kiranjeranje - Namichiga - Ruangwa Road including 0.8 km approach roads in Lindi Region located Along Nangurukuru - Liwale Road (230 Km) within Lindi Region for Construction period of 456 days.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” fourth edition, November 2020 as well as the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410, and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
