5 Months 3. Bids will be evaluated Lot wise. The contract(s) will be awarded to the Bidder offering the lowest evaluated cost to the Employer for the respective Lot, subject to the selected Bidder meeting the required qualification criteria as the case may be. Bidders can apply for one or more Lots. 4. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”dated July 1st, 2016 revised November 2017 August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 and February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5.
