| 1 | Construction of Public Sanitation Facilities in Primary Schools | 12 Months | Blantyre District, Malawi• Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” dated February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.• Interested eligible Bidders will be required to attend a pre- bid meeting and site inspection which will take place on 24th November 2025 from 9.00 hours Central African Time (CAT). at the address given below Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee Blantyre Water Board, P.O. Box 30369, Chichiri, Blantyre 3, Malawi, Email: [email protected] and inspect the bidding document during office hours [07:30 to 16:30 hours CAT] at the address given below• The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of MK10,000.00. The method of payment will be Direct deposit into Procuring Entity account.• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10th December 2025 at 09.00 Hours CAT. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
