• Nsanje District Council received funds from World Bank under Governance to Enable Service Delivery (GESD) and Malawi Government Under District Development Fund in financial year 2024-2025 for implementation of various projects in the district. The council has budgeted these funds to be used for the procurement of the works specified below, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of these works: |

60 Days | • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. A bidder shall be required to obtain a certificate of registration from the National Construction Industry Council demonstrating registered contractor status, as a condition of contract award. • Mandatory site visit (contractors are encouraged to visit the project site. Contractors should arrange and meet their own transport costs to the site).
