The Government of Kenya (GoK) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the National Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (NAVCDP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Construction Works for the Expansion of Kogonga Kayundi Irrigation Project in North Uyoma Ward in Siaya County. 2. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. 3.
