Dedessa Woreda Finance Office intends to utilize portion of allocated budget for Food System Resilience Program financed by the World Bank (IDA) toward the cost of Ogo Modern Coffee Nursery project located in Ogo Kebele,Dedessa Woreda ,Bunno Bedele Zone,Oromia Region.

Dedessa Woreda Finance now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction of Ogo Modern Coffee Nursery project described in table below.

Bidders are required to submit one Original and Two copies of both Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal.The Technical Proposal shall include the wax-sealed one Original& Two copies of technical proposal and the Bid Security (CPO), each placed in a separate envelope. These ( original technical,copy technical & CPO) envelopes shall then be enclosed together in one larger envelope clearly marked “Technical Proposal.” The Financial Proposal shall include the wax-sealed one Original financial proposal, Two copies of financial proposal & cost break down each placed in a separate envelope. These shall then be enclosed in one larger envelope clearly marked “Financial Proposal.”• Finally, the entire set of documents-both the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal-shall be enclosed in a single wax-sealed outer envelope, which shall clearly bear all necessary information regarding the Bidder, the employer, and the relevant Project details.• Bids must be delivered(submitted) to the address below on or before March 18,2026 GC,10:00 A.M.or 09/07/2018 E.C @ 4:00 A.M at Local Time to Dedessa Woreda Finace Office and must be accompanied by a Bid security of 400,000.00 ETB (Four hundred thousand Birr) in the form of a CPO or an Unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee oniy.Electronic Bid submission will not be permitted.
