  • The Republic of South Sudan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the ‘Regional Climate Resilience Program for Eastern and Southern Africa’ and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Construction of Walk-in Shelter and Concrete Posts for the staff gauges’ Hydrometric Station. For these contracts, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing,

Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 70%; and for Bid cost: 30 %.• 5.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, attn: Andrew Yunda Stephen, Project Coordinator, plot 11, Block AX11, Juba and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.• 6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of United States Dollars Fifty (USD 50). The method of payment will be Cash payment at Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation cahier. The document will be sent by Email to the address provided by the Bidder or issued on recordable CDs or both.• 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00 local time on 13th January 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 13th January 2026 at 10.05 hours local time.
