Demonstrated experience providing senior technical or qualityassurance oversight across multiple workstreams, including review of technical designs, specifications, commissioning/testing, and corrective actions;
Experience preparing or reviewing technical specifications and procurement documents for DRE systems and/or servicebased delivery contracts;
Demonstrated familiarity with technical standards for safety, quality, and performance, and the ability to translate standards into practical verification requirements;
Experience assessing demandside and productiveuse loads and understanding their implications for system sizing, reliability, and performance;
Experience and/or interest in digital solutions will be considered positively
Experience working in SubSaharan Africa, including fragile or lowercapacity environments, is highly desirable;
Familiarity with World Bank or other MDBfinanced operations and resultsbased approaches is a strong advantage.
