Letter of Invitation (LOI) OR Tender Notice (TN) TITLE: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN IMPLEMENTATION COMPLETION AND RESULTS REPORT (ICR) FOR THE SECOND RWANDA URBAN DEVEOPMENT PROJECT (RUDP II) CLIENT: MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE (MININFRA) The Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA) would like to hire a “CONSULTANCY SERVICE CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN IMPLEMENTATION COMPLETION AND RESULTS REPORT (ICR) FOR THE SECOND RWANDA URBAN DEVEOPMENT PROJECT (RUDP II).” as it well details in the terms of reference. Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA) invites proposals from eligible and qualified individual consultants in the above consultancy services. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding and Participation is open on equal conditions to all firms as defined in the Terms of Reference. Interested individual consultant must provide all information related to their experience and qualifications which will be verified based on national procedures governing the public procurement The Request for proposal may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before (See on eProcurement). Late bids will not be accepted by the system.
