The consulting services (“the Services”) include the following, but not limited to: 1.

Prepare and submit a Project Operations Manual (POM) that will detail the policies and procedures that shall guide the implementation of project activities. 2.Submission of a detailed description, financial arrangements, and implementation arrangements, as well as rules, guidelines, standard documents and procedures to successfully carry out this project. 3.

Drafting and submission of the most appropriate Project Operations Manual (POM) The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be downloaded from AML Website via the following link: https://aml.mru.aero/index.php/business/rap Airports of Mauritius Co. Ltd (AML) now invites eligible Individual Consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Individuals should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
