shall include all stages of procurement cycle Qualification and Experience of Consultant • At least 7 years of experience in electronic procurement and procurement performance indicators and 4 years in administrative technical advising or supervising functions of procurement, especially in the public sector. • Experience in designing and implementing e-government applications in general and e-procurement applications. • Master’s degree or higher in related areas such as IT, public administration, business administration, information technology, engineering science, or equivalent. • Region relevant experience. • Profound knowledge in the implementation of e procurement systems. • Profound knowledge of e-procurement adoption at international level. • Profound knowledge of public procurement performance indicators adoption and usage. • Fluent written and oral communication in English. Submission of Expressions of Interest: The Gambia Fiscal Management Development Project now invites eligible individual consultants to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July dated July 2016 and revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultants (IC) selection method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours from 09:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 12h30 on Friday.
