Chapter 2 • Evidence of experience in at least three (3) road infrastructure consulting assignments of similar scope and complexity (design/design review and construction supervision) completed within the last ten (10) years. • Evidence of experience in at least one (1) road infrastructure consulting assignment of similar scope and complexity (performance-based maintenance management) completed within the last ten (10) years. • A summary of assignments undertaken in Sub-Saharan Africa given the specific geographical, climatic, and social contexts, giving the client’s name and the year in which the assignment was carried out Chapter 3 • Experience in World Bank-funded or other multilateral/bilateral development bank-funded projects. • Experience in applying good Environmental and Social standards and practices to project management and supervision, and in assignments involving Multilateral Development Banks’ Environmental and Social Framework(s) (ESF), including Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Guidelines, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Sexual Exploitation and Abuse/Sexual Harassment (SEA/SH) prevention and response requirements. The document must be properly paged, and a table of contents provided. Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations.
