| The Government of the Republic of Malawi has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank toward the cost of the Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services include Consulting Services for the Evaluation of Seed Policy. The detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) for the assignment can be found at the following website www.agcom.gov.mw/downloads/tenders or can be obtained upon request at the address given below. The Ministry of Agriculture Irrigation and Water Development - Food Systems Resilience Program now invites eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” of February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant (INDV) selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations. Expressions of interest with a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and copies of supporting qualification documents, including names of three traceable referees must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by e-mail) NOT later than 16 January,2026.
