The Central Project Coordinating Unit (CPCU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to bid for the for the Development of an E-extension: ICT Platform in Agricultural Extension Management that Includes Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and SMS text messages 3. Bidding will be conducted through Limited competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (Fourth Edition - November 2020) (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
