A total o three line reactors and two neutral grounding air-core reactors, delivered to NamPower’s Auas, and Kokerboom Substations in Namibia. No Margin of Preferences shall apply. In order to be eligible, Bidders shall be the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the material. |

Auas Substation 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 5th Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 20% and for Bid cost: 80% 5.
