The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through Mzumbe University has received funds from the World Bank for implementation of Tanzania Higher Education for Economic Transformation (HEET) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automated Digital and Virtual Library Infrastructure and Services at Mzumbe University.

  • The Mzumbe University now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automated Digital and Virtual Library Infrastructure and Services at Mzumbe University. 3.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” fourth edition, November 2020 as well as the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.. 4.
