Subject: Amendment to Specific Procurement Notice Ref. No: SO-MOF-441564-GO-RFP– Submission Deadline Extension

Dear Prospective Bidders,

This is to inform all interested parties that the submission deadline for the Establishment of Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) for Civil Service Employees Management; Supply and Installation of Supporting ICT Hardware Equipment for the National Civil Service Commission, FGS with RFP No SO-MOF-441564-GO-RFP, has been extended. The new submission deadline is as follows:

New Submission Deadline: December 23rd, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Mogadishu local time.

This extension is provided to allow all bidders sufficient time to complete their proposals. The document including any subsequent amendment or addition will be sent to the bidder by e-mail. A complete set of bidding documents in English language will be provided upon request. The document including any subsequent amendment and response matrix for the clarification and questions received from bidders will be sent to the bidder by e-mail.
