For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the appropriate disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. • The Client now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Selection of a consulting firm that undertakes an Audit Service.
