Invitation for Bids Partner’s in Health Sierra Leone Engagement of Contractor for Facility Renovation at Bandajuma Community Health Centre Procurement Number: SL-PIH-SL-437943-CW-RFB Date of First Issue: 31st July 2024 The Partners in Health Sierra Leone has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Sierra Leone Quality Essential Health Services and Systems Support Project (QEHSSSP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments for the Engagement of Contractor for Facility Renovation at Bandajuma Community Health Centre and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the said works: Rehabilitation Renovation of Bandajuma Community Health Centre Bidding is open to all Contractors who can demonstrate the following: Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between [(9:00a.m unto 4:30pm] upon a written request via email at freetownprocurement@pih.org Sealed Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 28th August 2024 @ 2:30pm and bids can be opened on the same day All bids must be accompanied by: • A copy of a valid business registration certificate, • A copy of a valid NRA Tax Clearance Certificates, • NASSIT clearance, • Ministry of Works Certificate “Premier Class” • District/Municipal Council Registration, • Track record/Evidence of similar contracts performed • Work plan of how the work should be completed by the company • Approach or Method statement on how the proposed work to be done by the contractors • Detailed technical specifications on the type of materials for execution of the work • The contractors on their company letterhead should provide detailed priced BOQ’s. • CV’s of key staff including company engineer must be provided • List or evidence of equipment/Tools to undertake the work • A signed Integrity Pact; (see attached] • Eligibility and Qualification form; ( see attached) • Contractor’s Bid Form Bids will be publicly opened on 28th August 2024 at @ 2:45pm.

In the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders. Bidder’s from abroad can submit their sealed bids and send by DHL or any other means of courier services.
