Environmental and Social Impact Assessment — City of Kigali

The City of Kigali now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the Services for Consultancy Services to Prepare Environmental and Social Impacts Assessment (ESIA) and Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) for three (3) Neighborhoods in the City of Kigali. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The firm should at least have ten (10) years of working experience in the field of Consultancy Services to Prepare Environmental and Social Impacts Assessment (ESIA) and Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) for 3 Neighborhoods in the City of Kigali. 40 points 2. The firm should at least have completed 3 similar assignments with certificates of good completion.

30 points 3. Summary of understanding the assignment by the firm willing to compete for this assignment (Technical approach and methodology). 30 points A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection method set out in the Rwandan Procurement Regulations Further information can be obtained through E-procurement system of Rwanda at http://www.umucyo.gov.rw on communication portal Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written in English and submitted through e-procurement system by 04/11/2024 at exactly 9:00 am local time and it will be opened by the system directly on the same date at exactly 9:30 am.
