Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July, 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders directly to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 400.00 (Ethiopian Birr Four Hundred) or its equivalent freely convertible currency starting from the first announcement of this notice on the Ethiopian Herald in office hours until the closing date and time. Bids must be delivered to Tourism Training Institute, Building Block Number 1 Office number 13 EASTRIP PIU office before 2:00 p.m. December 8, 2025 and Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on the same date at 2:30 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. If the bid opening or closing date is on holiday, closing and opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and venue. 6.
