200 Million • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Tendering using Request For Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers-Procurement in Investment Project Financing dated November 2020 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Mulanje District Council – Procurement Unit Section or by calling on: 0999 414 520 0r Email: kachingwe04@gmail.com and inspect the bidding Documents at the address given below at clause 7 (a) from 08.00 to 12-00; and 13.30 hours to 16.00 hours local time (Monday to Friday), except on Public Holidays. • A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders on request to the address below on 7 (b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK 20, 000.00. Payment for the documents will be made at the Cash Office, on the address below at clause 7 (b). The method of payment will be strictly Cash. • All bids must be deposited in the Tender Box, at the address below at 7(c) at or before 14:00 hours local time on Friday, 14th March, 2025, at 14:00 hours.
