REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TR252/2025/2026/C/01 (TZ-RBWB-496716-CS-QCBS) FOR Hiring a local NGO to provide social services and empowerment to communities in Usangu catchment, Include training of GRCs, GBV, Community Alternative livelihood activities and Community facilitators (CF) under NBS Project 1. This invitation for expression of interest (pre-qualification) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) dated 18/07/2025. 2.

The RUFIJI BASIN WATER BOARD has received a Grant from the WORLD BANK toward the cost of Hiring a local NGO to provide social services and empowerment to communities in Usangu catchment, Include training of GRCs, GBV, Community Alternative livelihood activities and Community facilitators (CF) under NBS Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for Hiring a local NGO to provide social services and empowerment to communities in Usangu catchment, Include training of GRCs, GBV, Community Alternative livelihood activities and Community facilitators (CF) under NBS Project.

• The RUFIJI BASIN WATER BOARD now invites all eligible tenderers to indicate their interest in providing the services which include Hiring a local NGO to provide social services and empowerment to communities in Usangu catchment, Include training of GRCs, GBV, Community Alternative livelihood activities and Community facilitators (CF) under NBS Project for a period of 1095 days. 4.

Interested all eligible tenderers must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may/may not associate to enhance their qualifications. 5.

Selection will be conducted through the Quality and Cost Based Selection selection procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations. 6. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information through National e-Procurement system (NeST) 7.
