Tender Notice Hiring an international or national firm to Prepare Environmental and Social Assessment & Resettlement Action Plan Instruments for the 6 Flood Risk Hotspots in CoK.The City of Kigali (COK) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) through word bank funded project Rwanda urban development project (RUDP2-WB) intends to use part of the proceeds to finance the contract for which this request for proposal is issued. City of Kigali invites eligible firms to submit proposals for the Hiring an international or National to Prepare Environmental and Social Assessment & Resettlement Action Plan Instruments for the 6 Flood Risk Hotspots in CoK as indicated in detail in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Request for Proposal (RFP) in English may be obtained from www.umucyo.gov.rw, the E-Procurement platform.

RFP is open to the shortlisted consultants firm fulfilled the requirements herein. Selection will be conducted in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method set out in the national procurement regulations and in accordance with the Law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing public procurement. All shortlisted firms should submit their proposals not later than referred the umucyo system of Rwannda local time through Rwanda On-Line E-Procurement System (www.umucyo.gov.rw).
