Tender Notice (TN) / Invitation for Bids (IFB) Printing of User Guide for Science Experiment, Mentoring and Coaching Modules for Model Schools and TTCs Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by the World Bank, towards the cost of printing of User Guide for Science Experiment, Mentoring and Coaching Modules for Model Schools and TTCs. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued • Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for printing of User Guide for Science Experiment, Mentoring and Coaching Modules for Model Schools and TTCs as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. • Tender Documents in English may be obtained from e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) and a payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 FRW) shall be required to submit a bid. • Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from the date and time specified in e-procurement system; • All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security with an amount specified in e-procurement; • Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed through E-Procurement System in writing, not later than two thirds (2/3) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders from the date of tender notice publication; • All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above not later than date and time specified in the e-procurement system.

Late bids will not be acceptable by the system • Bids will be automatically opened by the system on the date and time specified in e-procurement system • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law No 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 governing Public Procurement Done at Kigali on 05, March, 2025 Dr. MBARUSHIMANA Nelson Director General
