The Government of the Republic of Angola has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Angola Smallholder Agriculture Transformation Project (MOSAP 3) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement of 75 Motorcycles for Extensionists and EPIP Facilitators in the provinces targeted by the Project. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

  • The Agrarian Development Institute (IDA) of the Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of 75 Motorcycles for Extensionists and EPIP Facilitators in the provinces targeted by the Project, as listed in the table below:

The method of payment will be cashier’s check or direct deposit to Bank Account No.: 274988173 30 002; IBAN AO06 0006 0000 7498 8173 3029 3. The document will be sent by email upon confirmation of payment of fees.• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 02:00 PM (Luanda time) on September 01st, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
