De même qu’une Expérience avérée sur les cultures traditionnelles du Sud telles que : sorgho, mil, maïs, dolique, niébé, et autres légumineuses et d’une Bonne maîtrise de la gestion des cultures fourragères et de l’aménagement des infrastructures annexes (abreuvoirs, brise-vents, haies vives) ; • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base (MS Office) et des logiciels de cartographie agricole ou SIG serait un atout Être titulaire d’un diplôme de Bacc+4 en en administration, sciences économiques, gestion ou autres domaines jugés acceptables ; • Maîtrise du français ; la connaissance du malgache est indispensable. La maîtrise d’un dialecte local (Antandroy, Antanosy ou Mahafaly) est un plus pour faciliter l’interaction avec les communautés paysannes.
