INVITATION TO TENDER

PROCUREMENT of DATA SERVER AND VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEM

The Department of Blue Economy is inviting for bids from both Local and International manufacturers/ suppliers for the Procurement for data server and video conferencing system.

• The offers should be CIF basis to Mahe, Seychelles.

• The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within four weeks from Date of Award of contract.

International Bidders can view this notice on www.pou.gov.sc; www.ntb.sc or www.worldbank.org/procure

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Monday 07th June 2021 to Friday 11th June 2021 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Seychelles time). No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Please note hard copy of bidding document will not be made available for this tender.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “The Procurement of Supply for data server and video conferencing system.” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board, 1st floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Mahe Seychelles or via e-mail to [email protected] before closing at 10:00 hrs Seychelles Time on Tuesday 6th July 2021.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:01 hrs Seychelles Time on Tuesday 6th July 2021 at the National Tender Board. Late bids will be rejected.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
