110 • Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” revised September 2023 as per legal agreement (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA), Attn: Emmanuel Ozigbo, E-mail: ozigboemmanu@gmail.com; eozigbo@edsa.sl; Cc richardgoba@edsa.sl; gobarichard@gmail.com Cc aleksandarnikolic@edsa.sl Cc theophilusamara@edsa.sl and inspect the bidding document during office hours09:00 to 17:00 hours at the address given below.
