THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY ARUSHA Tender No. TR91/2024/2025/G/216 FOR Procurement of essential disability support facilities under the HEET Project 09/07/2025 • This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project, which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) on 15 August 2024. • The INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY ARUSHA has received a Loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Procurement Of Essential Disability Support Facilities Under Heet Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of essential disability support facilities under the HEET Project. • The INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY ARUSHA now invites tenders from GOVERNMENT ENTERPRISE, Company Local, Company Foreign, Special Group, Manufacturer Local, Sole Proprietor Local, Partnership Local, Manufacturer Foreign, Partnership Foreign and Sole Proprietor Foreign of the Procurement of essential disability support facilities under the HEET Project. • Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations. • A complete set of tendering documents (s) in English may be accessed through NeST. • Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated on the NeST to participate in this tendering process. • All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the tendering document. • All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 2:00 PM on 16/07/2025.

Tenders will be opened promptly there after through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST. • Tenders not received through NeST shall not be evaluated, irrespective of the circumstances. RECTOR 2798
