Bidding will be conducted through a national/International competitive bidding procedure using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretariat of Tender Board of Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, Mazizini, Urban P.O.BOX 394. phone +255 652 266 127 or visit room No. 26 from 08.00 am to 03:00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays. 6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS Two hundred thousand (250,000/=) or equivalent to One hundred USD 100.00 7. Bids must be submitted original plus two copies. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Monday 05 August 2024 before 10:00 hrs. 8. All Bidder must be accompanied by a bid security (Bank guarantee) of Tanzania Shillings 5,000,000.00 each in an acceptable form in the amount of Banker’s cheque or Bank guarantee.
