This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 18/07/2024.

The TANZANIA RURAL AND URBAN ROADS AGENCY has received a Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) n the form of a Credit (hereinafter called Credit) toward the cost of Roads to Inclusion and Social Economic Opportunities (RISE) towards the cost of Roads to Inclusion and Social Economic Opportunities (RISE), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to cover eligible payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF 4 COMPUTER SERVERS FOR ROAD FUNDS BOARD (RFB)..

The TANZANIA RURAL AND URBAN ROADS AGENCY now invites tenders from GOVERNMENT_ENTERPRISE, Company Local, Sole Proprietor Local, Partnership Local for PROCUREMENT OF 4 COMPUTER SERVERS FOR ROAD FUNDS BOARD (RFB)..

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.

A complete set of tendering document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST. Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process.

All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the tendering document.

All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 10:00 AM on 21/11/2024. Tenders will be opened promptly there after through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST.

Tenders not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
