Procurement of Furniture for PMU Team — Ministry of Gender, Youth, Sports, Arts, Culture and Social Development

Ministry of Gender, Youth, Sports, Arts, Culture and Social Development 1. The Government of Kingdom of Lesotho has received a grant from World Bank to facilitate the Pathways and Sustainable Livelihoods Project under the guidance of the Ministry of Gender, Youth, Sports, Arts, Culture and Social Development (MGYSACSD) and other stakeholders within the government structures. 2.

The MGYSACSD now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply and delivery of Furniture. 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement approach using a World Bank procurement guideline and is open to all eligible Bidders registered with the MGYSACSD and in good standing in taxes with the Lesotho Revenue Authority.

• All bidders shall provide valid certified copies of Trader’s License and Tax Clearance Certificates issued by relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Lesotho. All copies shall be certified at source.

Failure to submit these documents will form grounds for disqualification of the bid 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from MGYSACSD Procurement Section during office hours from Monday to Friday. This should be done in writing.

• The bidding documents will be available from 02 to 13 April 2023 from 0800 – 1600 hrs. This document will provide detailed specifications as to what is requested. 7. The government of Lesotho reserves the right to accept or reject any submission and is not bound to accept a bid with the lowest tender price.

What is considered is the tender which provide value for money. 8. Bids must be hand delivered to the address below on or before 13th April 2023 at 1230hrs in one sealed envelope clearly marked “Supply and delivery of furniture for pslp” bearing no identification of the bidder.
