THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY ARUSHA Tender No. TR91/2023/2024/G/131 FOR Procurement of Hardware and Saver for Digital Library ON and OFF Campus under HEET Project 30/04/2024 • This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 02/11/2023. • The INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY ARUSHA has received a Loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Procurement Of Hardware And Saver For Digital Library On And Off Campus Under Heet Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Hardware and Saver for Digital Library ON and OFF Campus under HEET Project. • The INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY ARUSHA now invites tenders from GOVERNMENT_ENTERPRISE, Company Local, Company Foreign, Special Group, Manufacturer Local, Sole Proprietor Local, Partnership Local, Manufacturer Foreign, Partnership Foreign and Sole Proprietor Foreign of Procurement of Hardware and Saver for Digital Library ON and OFF Campus under HEET Project. • Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations. • A complete set of tendering document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST. https://nest.go.tz/ • Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process. • All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form of Tender Security - Bank Guarantee in the currency of The Tanzanian Shilling or freely convertible currencies in case of foreign Tenderers worth 1,000,000.00. • All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 10:00 AM on 14/05/2024.
